Narn

The Narn Regime is lead by the political and religious ruling body, the Kha’Ri. The Kha’Ri consists of eight circles. The First Circle has eight members and they hand down the laws for all of Narn worlds. The Second Circle is made up of sixteen advisors, two for each member of the First Circle. Senior Ambassadors make up the Third Circle and the Narn military leaders make up the Forth Circles. The local government and military leaders make up the Fifth and Sixth Circles. Scholar’s who keep the histories and traditions of the Narn people alive make up the Seventh and Eighth Circles. The Kha’Ri was disbanded with the fall of Narn in the war against the Centauri in 2259.

Ever since the Centauri occupation of the Narn homeworld the Narn have had a strong hatred of the Centauri. This hatred grew after the war of 2259 when the Centauri once again made Narn the property of the Centauri Republic.

Description: Narn are reptilian humanoids, with a mottled skin ranging in color from dull yellow to dark green. Narn eyes are usually red in color, with the intensity varying with mood.

Narns have pouches, similar in function to Terran marsupials.
