Honi's Personal Log - Episode 9

Sometimes I think I am the luckiest person alive. I have been bouncing from place to place for months now and it always seems that no matter how much trouble I get into, someone is always there to pull me out of the fire. Barty was a life-saver. He saved me from the Romulan Death Squad at great risk to his own life, I might add. He then took me on a party cruise across three sectors. It seems everyone loves Barty. I don’t know what it is about him but he is by far the most interesting man I have ever met. A few days ago, as a favor to Barty, I brought a shipment of Melange’ to Citadel Station. I knew it was illegal and I knew if I got caught, there would be problems that Barty wouldn’t be able to help me with. Still, Barty has been so good to me I felt I should repay him in some way. The drop went off without any problems but on the way out of the bar this really beautiful woman grabbed my arm. She looked into my eyes and I couldn’t help but feel an attraction towards her. She told me I was under arrest for smuggling drugs onto the station. I thought she was joking until I saw the goons in armor that came and locked me in restraining cuffs.

The very next day I was yanked from my cell and the goons dragged me off to a ship. They turned me over to a creepy looking green guy that didn’t speak anything I could understand. He then took me to a prison cell were I waited without any understanding of what was happening. I figured the cops were crooked and selling me back into slavery. Hours later Jacen showed up and now I know it was his doing that I am free. Like I said, lucky. So now I am on this ship with my savior and we are headed off to who knows where. All I can do is enjoy the trip and see where it takes me. Maybe this time I will have found the one who is a perfect fit for me. Only time will tell but I am looking forward to the experience no matter how it turns out.
